During this class, you will be guided through a breath-inspired yoga practice that invites you to tune in to the subtle energy flowing within.
Using the breath as the guiding force you will be encouraged to explore the energetic flow inside your body – listening, feeling and moving with the freedom to go where your body is telling you at that moment in time.
It’s all about moving mindfully, following your breath and connecting to your internal teacher.

Yin Yoga
This is a quiet, slow, and meditative practice with a focus on the knees, hips, shoulders and spine, all supported by the earth using props and variations to allow the body to open up and the mind to still. By holding postures for an extended period, the connective tissue is stimulated and joints are nourished. Yin is open to all levels and is a great way to bring balance to your dynamic yoga practice. Some Yin Yoga sessions may start or conclude with meditation to leave you feeling grounded and restored.

Soulful Chat & Guided Meditation
Unwind with a blend of inspiration and inner stillness in a safe, non-judgmental space. We begin with a brief soulful chat, where you can share thoughts and feelings you may not usually express. Together, we’ll explore heart-opening topics and learn to navigate life's challenges.
Following the chat, we’ll engage in a guided meditation to slow brain waves and quiet the mind. Through relaxation techniques, you'll enter a deeply restful state—awake yet at peace—opening the doorway between the conscious and subconscious mind.
Each session offers simple, effective techniques to deepen your practice and foster clarity, calm, and renewal.
