Friday
2 - 4 pm: Arrival - Settle in & Transition to a Slower Rhythm
4 pm: Welcome Circle - Meet Your Fellow Retreaters
4:15 - 6 pm: Yoga Session - "How to Change Your Brainwaves & Move from Thinking to Feeling."
6 :15 - 8 pm: Shared Gourmet Plant-Based Meal - Getting to Know Each Other - Journaling.
8 - 9 pm: Healing Sound Waves & Yoga Nidra - "Blessing of the Energy Centers."
Saturday
6:30 - 8 am: Bush to Beach Sunrise Walk & Swim OR Rest
8 am: Shared Nourishing Breakfast
9:30 - 12 pm: Yoga, Breath Work, Journaling, Pineal Gland Activation - "Moving energy from Survival to Creation."
12:30 - 3:30 pm: Shared Lunch & Free Time - Spa, Nature, or Simply Relax
3:30 - 5:30 pm: Yin Yoga & Sunset walk - "Walking as Your Future Self."
6:15 - 8pm: Conscious Food Experience & Shared Evening Meal
8 - 9 pm: Guided Meditation - "Recalibrating Nervous System for Wholeness & Oneness."

All delicious plant-based gourmet prepared meals.
The 1st meal to be served will be dinner on Friday night.
Tea will be served during the day.

Check out:
The Retreat will finish on Sunday, December 1st @ 11:30 am. We have organised a late checkout at 4 pm. This will give you the opportunity to stay & relax at the property to make use of the resort’s facilities.
Please Bring:
Change of clothes (warm clothes), comfortable clothes for yoga & meditation, toiletries, swimsuit & beach towel, sunscreen, drink bottle, yoga mat & props (like block and bolster)
Cancelations & Refunds:
Once payment is made, refunds will not be provided for cancellations.
However, if you need to cancel your attendance for any reason, you will be offered a spot in one of our future retreats, subject to availability. If you cancel within 7 days before the retreat, a $250 transfer fee will apply for rescheduling to the next retreat.
Please note that our retreat dates are subject to change based on unforeseen circumstances. We will keep you informed of any changes and accommodate you accordingly.
